font-size: 12pt;\">La macchina lavora sempre ad una temperatura interna pi\u00f9 alta di quella atmosferica, impedendo all\u2019aria esterna di entrare nell\u2019impianto: nel distillatore a vapore compresso di Bram-Cor il circuito di produzione della WFI \u00e8 separato da quello dell\u2019acqua di alimento. Inoltre, il circuito del distillato \u00e8 sotto pressione positiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Quindi in ogni step della distillazione, il distillato \u00e8 sempre ad una pressione maggiore rispetto a quella dell\u2019acqua di alimento garantendo in tal modo che, nella probabilit\u00e0 di fuoriuscita, l\u2019acqua di alimento non entrer\u00e0 mai nel circuito del distillato. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Come risultato, nel caso in cui ci dovesse essere una perdita, sar\u00e0 la WFI a fluire verso il circuito dell\u2019acqua di alimento e mai l\u2019opposto. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Pertanto, i soliti problemi di contaminazione che possono sorgere da qualsiasi distillatore a multiplo effetto dopo circa 4-6 anni di funzionamento, non potrebbero mai verificarsi nel caso della tecnologia BRAM-COR Vapor Compression. <span class=\"\" lang=\"en\">La particolarit\u00e0 del distillatore a vapore compresso \u00e8 che consente di produrre WFI a qualsiasi temperatura tra 25 \u00b0C e 99 \u00b0C, insieme alla possibilit\u00e0 di produrre qualsiasi quantit\u00e0 di WFI desiderata (da 0 alla capacit\u00e0 massima dell'impianto), consente di adattarsi alle esigenze dei clienti.<br \/>Lo stesso distillatore pu\u00f2 produrre WFI per la LVP come per gli antibiotici (iniettabili sensibili al calore).
